Food Mill

We like this rotary food mill with its two-quart, heavy duty plastic bowl and 3 interchangeable stainless steel plates better than the higher-priced all-metal food mills we've tried. It is easy  to assemble and clean and never rusts. I use the food mill, fitted with the medium disc, mainly for making smooth applesauce. Customers report that  it's also  the perfect tool for making seedless tomato juice (fitted with the fine disc). Use the coarse disc for smooth mashed potatoes and winter squash. 

Also use it to make baby food, and to puree other fruits and vegetables for soups, etc.  
 
Jill's Comment: One feature I really appreciate about this food mill is that no tools are needed to disassemble it for cleaning. And, it never rusts. I've used mine for years. Hot applesauce doesn't harm the plastic bowl. This is an excellent tool, at a value price .
